Deductions would be for benefits, taxes, any deductions normally taken out of my paycheck. IF I do not even earn enough wages to cover for that, what happens then? I am being told I would most likely have to pay for my portion of all those out of pocket, which if I am not earning an income working (or very little) that means it would come out of my partial unemployment, meaning I would not be bringing home much to live on. I too thought benefits were tied to a certain number of hours and not just the status of being labeled a full-time employee or whatever, but so far they have continued to take out benefit deductions along with all the regular deductions out of my checks, so I would in essence be doing a little work here and there for "free" or even "in the hole," and they would take a hit on my unemployment if I am required to pay them out of that for my portion of those same deductions I did not earn enough on my checks to cover.
