They may very well have a big account coming on board. You would be hired as a fresh face who has no idea how the company works so you would be gung ho at the beginning. You would keep the account in turnaround, train the ASR for them and then the new account would be sent to India and you will be NJA. Please keep looking for another job if you want your sanity to stay intact.
