I worked for the company for 19 years, was loyal, switched by hours/days off to accommodate workflow (evenings, BOTH Saturday and Sunday, and only Monday off, and could NEVER get off that shift, though I asked repeatedly). I had a primary account (with multiple hospitals), which went offshore, got more accounts, which disappeared, then got another primary account (multiple hospitals owned by same corp), and all of a sudden that one was gone, no explanation. My position was "eliminated" in March 2018...not meeting goals, one month it would be not meeting 99.6% accuracy, then it would be not meeting 165 LPH required. I was QA for a few years, and actually stepped down from that, earned (no lie) at least $5000 LESS per year, getting paid 3 cpl while fixing 100% work coming from offshore (which was ghastly). I was FTE. I loved this company and always anticipated I would retire from this company. I would never recommend them to anyone, sadly. If nothing else, the company is demeaning and demoralizing. Don't do this to yourself. The NJA is real. I cannot tell you how many of my PTO hours were used to cover hours where there was no work.
