I had just accepted a position with Ozescribe before I read this post. This is my mindset. While there's always the possibility it won't work out, I don't have to purchase the research material until I'm a "senior." So the only real investment is time. Also, I'm rather excited about learning something new (British English). My recruiter even told me how tough the QA was at the beginning (red marks). I'm going to give it a go, and I'll give everyone updates.
