that's in a US context. A different country has different expectations. It's like the stereotypical American tourist complaining that they can't use USD or that nobody speaks "American".


Honestly, newer MTs from Nth America often have an easier time adapting to working at Oze because they are more flexible and don't have the fixed mindset of "this is how I've always done it and haven't had any complaints before". Regardless of their experience, though, some leave quickly because working for Oze isn't for them and others stay for years and years and are excellent at their job.

You must have had accounts that don't provide decent patient and associate databases - it's luck of the draw as some are excellent, some are atrocious and most are somewhere in the middle (long-time clients usually at least have a decent associate database built up over time by the MTs).
