with all these unrealistic, perfectionistic promises just to get the account, and if they wouldnt viciously underbid everyone else just to get the account, there might be enough money to pay MTs decently.

So much greed from MTSOs - promise everything and accept bottom line pay, and that pay gets passed to the MTs.
