Only a moron would work and not expect to be paid in a timely manner. It has NOTHING to do with being able to "float" along until a slacker employer gets around to paying the employees.
It is irresponsible for MTs to allow these companies to continue to operate in a substandard manner. Only a wimp and an enabler would not expect to be treated with respect and paid on time and without having to hound a loser employer for their pay.
Keystrokes has a well-know reputation for being a disaster in terms of business. Their inability to run their business responsibly is not an excuse to screw around and late pay their MTs. Nobody should stand for that. No pay, no work, and company earns a report to the attorney general in my book.
