You talk about KS's money mgt skills, but if you had those types of skills, you would not be living paycheck to paycheck yourselves, and a few days delay in receiving your pay wouldn't bother you quite so much. I realize that everybody expects to be paid on time, as do I, but if my check is not in the mail by the usual payday, I know that it is coming shortly thereafter and it is not going to keep me from not paying my bills on time, or not taking a 4 day vacation that had been planned. You have to plan yourselves for the unexpected and not lay everything at the feet of the employer, always. You cannot talk about their money management skills when you do not have any yourselves. done now. waiting to be blasted.
