Contact your state's labor board immediately. Tell them what is going on and make sure to inform them that they have a very long history of this. As another poster said, it has been going on for many, many years. It also wouldn't hurt to contact the labor board in Illinois as well since that is where they are located. They take these sorts of things very seriously. People really need to start reporting them each time this happens. They need to be held accountable for this and not be allowed to continuously get away with this complete and total nonsense.
