They need to be reported to the DOL, or at least start there. You should be keeping accurate records on pay dates, late paying, and how much it has cost you. This is horrible. Sounds like a very unstable company. I had a late paycheck 1 time with a company about 15 years ago. The day it did not go into my account, I stopped working. Contacted my manager and told her as soon as I saw the money in my account I would begin working again. She thought I was kidding but found out I definitely was not. Never happened again.
