I will tell you unfortunately how this works as I am going through it myself. This wonderful company will happily bill you for the insurance payment when you have no work. I have had no work in a few weeks and when asked this question, HR told me they will send me the invoice for the 265.00 every 2 weeks. I told them I could not afford to pay that if I had no work and they said I would have to talk to my TSM about part-time. I had to go to part-time and my benefits ended, but now I have zero insurance. Hope this helps and sorry for the bad news! Good luck!
