Pay is steady, and not docked. Have actually gotten several small raises. And in fact, there is NO QA in my current job at all! I still can't wrap my head around that, now 3 years later. I make a mistake and its "....can you fix that?" "Sorry, I'll make a note of it." End of discussion.

Its weird, isn't it, working in an office again? With people? You are getting paid even when you are asking how people's weekends were! Glad to hear they are treating you with kindness. I had a rocky start, but its good now.
