Run, run, as fast as you can away from Nuance. I worked there once. I had work but their "new and improve pay scale" at that time was a joke. If you do this and this, you get paid this, but if you do this and don't do that, you get paid this. It was too confusing and way too stressful so I left. From what I read, things have gone downhill for a while now. If you are able to, don't go there and find another company (though that is not so easy to do these days).
