With Nuance and MModal dumping work to smaller MTSOs - lynlou

in order to avoid the headaches of employee status (among other reasons), are hospitals and clinics that outsource their work being made aware that Nuance and MModal are redistributing the work to be done to other companies? Would contracts permit that? What is being done to safeguard patient information among other concerns? Just thinking out loud here.
