Well until their "intelligent routing" actually becomes intelligent or MM gets a clue and realizes that consistency is the key, there will always be low quality emails, unhappy clients, quality issues for this account or that account emails, etc. Just started my shift and I've done 4 jobs, 4 from different clients.
