The pause percentage totally blows in my opinion. I have had the same conversation with my manager which was so surprising since my average LPH is well over 300. My thoughts I shared with her: My LPH is well above goal, my quality is great, my schedule adherence is great. If MModal was paying me by the minute/second/hour, I would totally understand that they'd worry about me "squandering" their precious resources (my hands/wrists/fingers) and not staying busy every single minute. However, since we are only being paid on a production scale, why worry about my pause percentages it if I'm meeting the minimums and earning enough to satisfy my debts.
