You can miss an audit by 0.25 of a point and pass. If your audit score is below 99.65, you fail. No one says anything about company goal. I have never been told I still passed an audit at 99.5. That is a fail. And I have been here since they first increased it to 99.65.
If what you are saying is true, no one has ever passed it along to the MTs being failed on audits for a score of 99.5. Evidently, no one has passed it along to the performance coaches or auditors or HDSMs either as none of them approach it that way.
Where are you getting your information?
Are there other MTs who are passing audits at 99.5?
