First of all congrats on your job! Sounds like a good one! And think about it, we have to know a lot because they expect us to catch discrepancies when doctors who have gone to medical school for "tons" of years dictate the wrong thing. So of course we do know a lot. They just don't want to acknowledge that and these days don't pay us what we are worth.
