There simply is not enough work. As others have stated, the management team sucks as does communication. I am surprised you even received an email from Jay. Favoritism is rampant. Most people in power are not promoted, they are appointed-based on their affiliation with AHDI. The person who stated he/she has plenty of work is more than likely a personal friend/relative of Jay or a friend/relative of one of the QA/TL. My opinion only. If there truly is new work as in new accounts, there has been no such email from management notifying the current employees.
