very confusing - medict1

It is very confusing to say the least. All I know is my AHR is an average what I would earn in a week no matter what work type I was done, SR or transcript and this week I am being paid 1.5 times my AHR, so I am coming out 50% ahead. This is not entirely true as last month I had a bad month due to illness, but I am still coming out ahead this week. I know it is not the same for everyone else, just basically getting more per hour this week than usual.
