AHr- - how explained to me - medict1 Posted: Jul 13th, 2017 - 11:44 am In Reply to: I'm happy to be proven wrong - Please explain sm
If you look at your pay stub there is an average hourly rate that is based on YOUR production - not the grid. It changes every month based on your previous months production. This is the rate we will be paid - AHR - not the grid. At least that is how it was explained to me. So it does not matter whether it is SR or straight transcription, whatever rate you earned last month - your earnings - is how it is calculated. This is the same rate they use for PTO. For this week we get 1.5 times that rate for any productive hours, next week it is just the AHR. Also, there is no Fiesa QA to change your rate because it is still not up and running. Any feedback is for educational purposes only. You get paid the AHR, so just take your time and do the jobs as best you can and you will get paid your AHR. Again, this is how it reads to me and was explained to me when I questioned it.
