Hourly pay - medict1

I thought we were being paid our average hourly rate - which would be based on our previous work and it does not matter if it is SR or transcription. Whatever we earned previously, that hourly rate would apply, so if you earned $15.00 an hour you would be paid $15.00 an hour, am I missing something????
