I thought the my take post was definitely about being treated with respect, and the lack of it in this industry. All posts are personalizing, that's what posts do, they express the feelings and opinions of the poster. Your post personalizes how you feel. And just to clarify, the independent contractor is a business associate who does not "work for" anyone, so what color is your suit?
