I don't have any personal knowledge of this MTSO, but I can tell you this. I don't care how nice everyone is because I'm not looking for a new BFF. How nice can they be if they leave you to deal with rotten audio day in and day out so that you are sick at the thought of sitting at that keyboard for yet another shift, making insufficient money to survive, with the knowledge that this nice MTSO with the nice people will never have your back and could not care less about the abuse you endure, all for less than minimum wage. I would rather have 10 cpl with nasty people and dictation that is intelligible.
