Is an important factor.
I don't believe any poster thus far has indicated they were desperately seeking a BFF, but so many on here engage in bitchery about how poorly they're treated that perhaps working for nice people might be an important factor to them.
I also don't recall any poster in this thread saying they were "sick at the thought of sitting at that keyboard for yet another shift," yada yada yada.
For someone who admittedly has no personal knowledge of this MTSO, you certainly appear to be personalizing a great deal of the posts.
