get a line of credit (LOC) from their bank to cover payroll. You might also want to send a complete invoice for all the money they owe you, which is payable upon receipt (make sure that that is written plainly on the invoice) and send it Registered Mail with a return receipt request. If you don't have your money in hand within 7 days, send them another invoice as above, and this time tell them you are beginning the process of filing a small claims suit against them. If you don't hear back in very short order, go ahead and do just that. Also, as the above poster mentioned don't do any work for them until you are paid.
