They will never convince me that keyboard shortcuts are faster than the mouse. One click gets me a lot of places that would take several keys or short cuts to accomplish. I am amazed, however, that you can do it left-handed. That takes some extra special powers. For sentences I need to add commas, I use the right hand mouse, and the left hand to hit that comma key. I am really impressed you can do the mouse left-handed. I don't even dare try that.
