Does that mean it won't be compensated and will be done on our own time? I do have to say that a few years back I went through a mentoring program with the performance coach at the time on the account I was on then. I think I got "selected" not because of performance or productivity but because I had a lot of mouse clicks (mouse happy here then). I did find the mentoring very informative and did use more of the key strokes to keep my hands on the keyboard and off the mouse. My production did go up too; about 50 lines per hour.
