I have an hour break worked into my shedule. - LDSMT

My schedule is 9 to 4 with a 1 hour break for a 6-hour schedule, then I work again from 7 to 9. I start a half hour before my scheduled time and a half hour after if I need to on both of my schedules in order to get my 8 hours in. Of course, on days of NJA, I just work off and on all day long to get in my 8 hours.
