I am never on the clock unless I am in Fluency actually working. You undermine yourself when you are on the clock doing anything but working, unless you don't care what your lph is or your PTO rate. I can only work 40 hours a week, so it is crucial that I make as much money as possible in those 40 hours. If any of that time is spent on the clock and not working, I am leaving money behind that I could have made.
