It would be nice if they had a Teamwork option to cover admin time, but there is no real way to do this while clocked in.
I have 2 good friends with corporate jobs on salary who go in to work 10-30 minutes early to get a head start on email. One of them because they have metrics, the other one just because there isn't enough time in the day. Technically they're not getting paid to go in early since they don't count it as OT and get the same salary regardless, so maybe it's kind of the same.
