How do you stay within your scheduled time? - ~

If you are clocking in and out of Fluency and TW simultaneously, how do you reach your daily scheduled hours? Do you take any breaks during your shift? Just asking because I noticed that when I did the same I wasn't reaching my 8.50 hours before my shift ended because of the small breaks I took. Thanks ~
