It seems to be that these client profiles and best practices were are so rigidly supposed to follow have their own loopholes. This account I am on says no QA notes with one of 6 exceptions being ADT discrepancies. So we are allowed to leave QA note for ADT discrepancies. Dictator dictated the billing number that was 1 number off billing number that came thru with ADT. That is a discrepancy, right?? I left a QA note. Feedback telling me - do not leave QA note if the accepted ADT is complete. It is still a discrepancy. Serious question here - Am I going insane here or is this a CP loophole???
