This should NOT be our responsibility. We aren't paid for it, in any way shape or form, despite that they "claim" it is included in the total lines and I say BS to that!
Where are the clerks at the hospital? It seems never a day goes by that there isn't something wrong with the ADT and what "we didn't do." OMG, how much of this abuse can anyone take?
