SMT explained my thoughts exactly. That email from JE on 12/24 sets the tone for what I can expect to come next. I'd like to know that it wasn't JE's original idea, but that doesn't really matter in the long run. I believe the supervisors have received instructions from Nuance. Only time will tell which supervisors acclimate to the new employer's systems most easily.
