If this company is located out of South Carolina, I would beware. You end up doing a lot of things other than transcription. Their IT dept is one person - you will do all the downloads and setting up for the accounts you'll be working on - took me about 6 hours - no pay for that. Emails ALL the time, verbally abusive, terrible communication, calls at all hours of the night to get on before your acct gets out of TAT - seriously, at midnight. I quit before I completely lost it.
