If you like the seasonal work and have a chance to stay on full-time after the holidays, DO IT. Five years ago, I actually had lots of job possibilities to choose from; and even then, only a handful got back to me to let me test. I was lucky I actually found something that lasted almost 5 years. Now, there are fewer and fewer job postings to choose from, and I see the majority are for IC work. I would urge you to look outside MT for work right now.
