I would say that I only hear back from one company out of 10 that I apply to. It's frustrating as I'm willing to work any shift/days and tell them this, but I rarely hear back. I just think so many people apply that they can't keep up with all the resumes. I remember back in the day there would be at least 15 new jobs posted every day and I always heard back. Now we're luck if there is one two a week.
