No. There are no happy MTs, just MTs struggling to make it to retirement age before they reach rock bottom and others that just pray their small MTSO doesn’t get bought out, but they inevitably will. Some are trying to re-train and re-educate themselves for the future. Sorry, LynLou. Reality check. Just like the rabbit ears on a TV set, rotary phones, and dial up internet, the time has come for us to gracefully accept this once great profession is a relic of the past. Some of us can eek out a few last death rattles from the breath of this business and hang on for a little while longer, but the writing is on the wall. Good luck with rallying your troops.
