Happy MTs, hmm. Don't know too many of those. I think many MTs must suffer from something similar to battered wife syndrome, thinking they can't do any better maybe. Or maybe they are just drinking the company Kool-Aid, you know.
Those of you who are married, imagine if your spouses accepted to work for minimum wage to do a job that previously paid well. Then where would you be? Those of you that are single and work as MTs, ouff, I don't know what to think about that.
My thoughts remain that if things in MT are to change for the better, a strong message needs to be sent by a large group of MTs. If that is not possible, well, MT is just not worth saving. That's all!
