I think that the working conditions in MT have happened in part because MTs have let it happen. They have continued to work in conditions that are detrimental to them, just for the joy of working from home, not! Solidarity is sadly lacking in MT. Sure walking off the job is risky, but there is strength in numbers. If enough people were on board, it could cause a major disruption to the big 3 and other MTSOs as well.
