Why do companies want shift work for at-home transcription work? I would like to find another company to work for, but I do not like the idea of shift work when I work at home taking care of my kids. I work around their school schedule and need to be flexible, the main reason why I wanted to work at home in the first place!! Can anyone tell me how they work shift work at home while taking care of their kids, working around their schedules, etc? I am finding it difficult to figure this out, but feel I need to change my ways, unfortunately!! TIA
