I've been working shift work from home for 12 years now. We have 8 children, two of whom are disabled. Right now I'm only able to work part time due to therapies, appointments, etc., with our two youngest. My hours are middle of the night when everyone is sleeping and afternoon naptime while our youngest is either at preschool or napping. No nap for me! =) It's not the most fun situation, but it works for us.
