I feel empathy right along with you. After doing this work for some 35 years now, I am SO TIRED of all the BS! 80% of my work life was working in/for hospitals but I am now an IC PT and am collecting Social Security and pensions (finally). The problem is as I see it is that the hospitals who used to take care of us have thrown us all "under the bus." Fine, they'll get their "come-uppins' sooner or later!"
