working at home with NEVER needing a babysitter/daycare. So it can be done. The whole reason I work at home is so I could raise my kids and be there for them, which has worked out great. My youngest is now a senior in high school and I started this when he was 1-1/2 years old. Now, I am also working a split shift and watching my 2 young granddaughters in between. Working at home and raising kids goes hand in hand and absolutely can be done without any babysitters or daycare. Just have to find the right company or companies. Flexibility is the key.
