l find it sad the MTs with a lot of experience who stay in MT seem to have to settle for a lot less. Years of experience do not equal higher wages, a form of disrespect in my opinion. While I applaud good working conditions, I cannot applaud working for much less than you used to with a lot of experience. I wonder how many hospital administrators would stick around if their pay was nowhere near what it was in years past? It would be a real eye opener for hospital administrators to be paid on production I think.
