I would be very interested to know what WahlScribe pays its MTs - sm

Are they ICs or employees? Are they paid hourly or by the line? What is their definition of a line? Are MTs paid for spaces and headers/footers? How is down time handled? What kind of benefits are there? Does anyone work for them or have knowledge of the conditions at WahlScribe?

Mr. Vance is Vice President of Operations at WahlScribe.

Only when I know the answers to those questions can I decide how much legitimacy, if any, I will ascribe to Mr. Vance's essay.
