I have been with WahlScribe since the beginning and I'm a happy employee. I started as an MT with a wonderful company and so I assumed all MT companies were the same until my company closed (owner retired) and we were sent to one of the large well known not so great MT companies. That was the most miserable work environment. I was only there about 5 months and it made me such an angry and unhappy person. They tore me down until I had no self confidence. In my opinion, they completely take advantage of their MTs. I can totally understand the anger on here because companies like this big MT company make us this way but there are good companies still out there. You just have to search and do your homework. I didn't know a thing about Jay Vance but someone made a post on Facebook about him starting an MT company and that he was well respected and a great guy. I thought, what do I have to lose? I applied and had to pester him a few times and I got hired as part of the first group. I'm very happy. He is a wonderful guy and a wonderful boss. He treats us all with respect. I'm not credentialed and I'm treated with the same respect as everyone else.
