I just want to work at a job where I can do my best, be encouraged when I deserve it, get feedback that is of a SUPPORTIVE and HELPFUL nature instead of feedback that makes me feel CONDEMNED! I know I make mistakes, as we ALL do, but every once in a while I'd like to be given some encouragement! Oh, and I'd like to be paid what I am worth, for ALL the work I do!
