I hate to break it to you but the only way for that to be a reality is leave Nuance and try your luck in house at a hospital or clinic where at least you are paid by the hour with benefits. As far as that, the only other option is to change professions. Almost all the MTSOs are selling out to Nuance because money talks, just not to us.
